Born in 1300. Son of Otsuki Tadaomi. In 1320, he was promoted from Junior Right Cleric to Grand Right Cleric, then to Grand Left Cleric and Grand Cleric, and also served as head of the Grain Chamberlain. Later, he was appointed Awaji no Kami, and in 1336, on his way back from his post, he climbed Mount Hiei and became a monk. He died in December of 1330. He was 62 years old.
