Collection of Fallen Leaves - Rakuyoshu
Dictionary. Compiled by the Society of Jesus in Japan. Published in Nagasaki in 1598 (Keicho 3). A dictionary for learning how to read Chinese words and kanji, it consists of three parts: Honhen (sound-based), Irohajishu (reading-based), and Kodamahen (character shape-based). It is based on the Setsuyoshu (a collection of phrases used in Japan at the time), "Wadamahen," but the idea of ​​dividing Japanese into two parts, sound-based and reading-based, for the convenience of practical use can be said to be rational and original. Contains about 2,200 kanji characters.

(A collection of songs that were omitted from the song anthology "Pine Leaves") A song anthology from the Edo period. Seven volumes, seven books. Edited by Oki Sentoku. Published in 1704. Contains songs from the Kamigata region, categorized by category. The title label reads "Illustrated Pine Leaves." Later the title was changed to "Pine Leaves."

辞書。日本イエズス会編。慶長三年(一五九八)長崎刊。漢語や漢字の読み方を知るための辞書で、本篇(音引き)、色葉字集(訓引き)、小玉篇(字形引き)の三部より成る。当時の日本に通行していた節用集、「和玉篇」に基づいているが、実用する際の便宜として音引き・訓引きで日本語を二分する発想は合理的かつ独創的といえる。漢字字母約二千二百。

おちばしゅう おちばシフ【落葉集】

(歌謡集「松の葉」にもれた歌の集の意) 江戸時代の歌謡集。七巻七冊。大木扇徳編。元祿一七年(一七〇四)刊。上方の歌謡を部類して収めている。題簽に「絵入松の落葉」とある。後に「松の落葉」と改題。
