Juristen Sozialismus (English spelling)

Menger's book The History of the Right of Profits (1886), which included an argument that Marx's economic theory was plagiarized from Ricardian socialism. The term "legal socialism" was coined, and Menger was seen as its representative. The essay begins with the following: The worldview of the Middle Ages was a "theological worldview," but with the development of the power of the middle class, a secularized form of it, the "classical worldview of the bourgeoisie" = "juridical worldview," emerged. ...
