Fruit body

...also called sporophore. In fungi, the part where spores are formed is aggregated and formed into a mass. Mushrooms are large, conspicuous fruiting bodies. The fruiting body of ascocyst fungi is called ascocarp, and is a structure in which a group of ascocysts is surrounded by multiple layers of binucleate hyphae (cystic filaments) and haploid hyphae. The shape of the ascocarp varies from spherical and closed, spherical or flask-shaped and open, to disc-shaped or cup-shaped with the layer of ascocysts exposed. ...

From [Fungi]

…Single-celled organisms are represented by yeasts and are used in brewing and other fermentation industries, while filamentous organisms are known as molds and produce countless spores. These filamentous cells are called hyphae. The large structures of hyphae that are complexly differentiated are organs related to spore formation and are called fruit bodies or fructication. Mushrooms are examples of this.
