Daingan

...All of these are mythological representations of transcendental spirits. For example, Djanggawu, an ancient hero who was said to have been the first to arrive in Australia, and Dainganngan, a half-human, half-animal combination of a human and a raven, are painted in four colors: red, yellow, white, and black, using brushes made from biting tree branches. In addition to the above, Aboriginal art also includes carved human figures, intaglio and painted ritual poles, and everyday tools.
