In 208, at the end of the Eastern Han Dynasty in China, the allied forces of Liu Bei of Shu and Sun Quan of Wu met and defeated the 800,000 strong naval forces of Cao Cao of Wei, who was marching south, on the Yangtze River near Chibi, west of Jiayue County, Hubei Province, with a small number of soldiers. As a result, the world was divided into three states: Wei, Wu, and Shu. Source : Heibonsha Encyclopedia About MyPedia Information |
