The superfamily Cercopithecoidea is a taxonomic group that refers to the so-called Old World monkeys (= Catarrhini), and together with the superfamily Capuchinoidea and Hominoidea, it constitutes the suborder Anthropoidea. It is made up of one family, Cercopithecidae, which is divided into the subfamily Cercopithecinae and the subfamily Colobinae. …
