Repton, Humphry
Born: 21 April 1752, Bury St Edmunds
[Died] March 24, 1818. Rumford. British landscape gardener. After a business failure, he entered the world of landscape gardening at the age of 39, as a hobby. After the death of L. Brown, he created a moderate, picturesque style that was somewhere between L. Brown's pastoral style and the wild, idealistic naturalism that was popular at the time, and called it "landscape gardens." He incorporated architectural elements into his landscape designs, and in particular used rectilinear compositions such as terraces, stairs, and flower beds around buildings, and showed skill in organically combining the garden with the natural scenery. He was involved in over 200 gardens and parks. He also used his watercolor skills to create a sketchbook for clients that showed diagrams of the before and after of the design, called the "Red Book," which became a model for subsequent design documents. From 1796 to 1802, he collaborated with J. Nash. He wrote many books, including Sketches and Hints on Landscape Gardening (1795) and Observations on the Theory and Practice of Landscape Gardening (1803).

Leptons
Lepton

There are three generations and six types of leptons. The first generation is the electron and electron neutrino (e, ν e ), the second generation is the negative muon and muon neutrino (μ - , ν μ ), and the third generation is the negative tau particle and tau neutrino (τ - , ν τ ). These antiparticles are also called leptons. Leptons are fermions with spin 1/2 and baryon number 0. Charged particles only interact weakly apart from electromagnetic interactions, so they are also called weak particles. In weak interactions, e and ν e , μ - and ν μ , and τ - and ν τ act in pairs. The number of each lepton is conserved during the interaction. Parity is not conserved in interactions involving leptons.

Sketches and Hints on Landscape Gardening (1795) ,『風景庭園の理論と実際』 Observations on the Theory and Practice of Landscape Gardening

lepton
