Also known as Goshinshin'in Kanpakuki. This is the diary of Kanpaku Konoe Michitsugu. Although there are some years without entries, it covers the years from 1353 (Shohei 8) to 1383 (Kouwa 3). It is an important historical document that tells us about the relationship between the Southern Court and the Northern Court from the perspective of the Northern Court, the conflict between the Zen sect and Mount Hiei, and more. 『後深心院関白記』ともいう。関白近衛道嗣の日記。途中，記事のない年もあるが，正平8＝文和2 (1353) ～弘和3＝永徳3 (83) 年にわたる。北朝側からみた南朝との交渉関係，禅宗と比叡山との対立状況などを知らせる重要な史料。『続史料大成』収録。
