Liù tāo San lüè (English spelling)

Liù tāo San lüè (English spelling)
These are two military books from ancient China, but are often referred to as one after the other. Tao means bow bag, and Lue means category. They indicate that they are a book of six and three volumes. The Liu Tao is said to have been written by the Zhou dynasty's noble minister Taigong Wang Lu Shang, but this is an apology. It was probably written at the end of the Warring States period. It is rich in content and includes detailed practical techniques. The San Lue is said to have been bestowed on the Han noble minister Zhang Liang by the Duke of Huang Shi, and is also called the San Lue of Huang Shi Gong, but this is also an apology and is thought to date to the end of the Eastern Han dynasty. Japanese:
