A breed of pig. Native to Yorkshire in the UK, there are three types: large, medium and small, but the small is extinct. The majority of pigs in Japan were medium Yorkshire breeds, but nowadays, they have almost disappeared because the focus is on breeding large breeds that grow quickly.
