…The culture continues to run parallel to the Magdalenian culture until the end of the Paleolithic period, but it is probably the Romanian culture that existed in the Mediterranean region. Similar successions of strata are found in the Cabillon cave, the Moti cave, and the Balma Grande site. In addition to the Grimaldi man, about ten other human skeletons have been excavated from the upper layers of these caves, and these are called Mentonians.
