A blind musician from Kyoto during the Bunka era in the Edo period. He is also written as "Udensaki" or "Utezaki". His capital name was Kinuichi. In January 1809 (Bunka 6), he was appointed as Kengyo under Kengyo Miyake Eiichi. He is said to have been from Ise. In "Danmono no Sadame" written by Takanao Fujii (a disciple of Norinaga Motoori) and published in the same year, it is recorded that he gave a brilliant performance of the kokyu piece "Tsuru no Sugoro" in Higashiyama, Kyoto. 江戸時代,文化年間頃の京都の盲人音楽家。「宇伝佐喜」「宇手崎」などとも書かれる。都名 (いちな) は衣 (絹) 一。文化6 (1809) 年1月,三宅栄一検校を師として検校に登官。伊勢の出身とされる。同5年刊の藤井高尚 (本居宣長門下) 著『弾もののさだめ』に,京都東山で胡弓曲『鶴の巣籠』の名演をしたことが記録されている。
