The Prayer of Manasseh

One of the Apocrypha of the Old Testament. It is said to have been written between the mid-2nd century BCE and the mid-1st century CE, and is translated into Greek, Syriac, and Aramaic. It uses the account in 2 Chronicles 33, in which King Manasseh of Judah commits a sin and is saved by a prayer of repentance, to describe prayers of repentance and praise to God. 旧約聖書外典の一つ。前2世紀中頃から1世紀中頃の作といわれ，ギリシア語，シリア語，アラム語訳などがある。『歴代誌下』 33章のユダ王マナセが罪を犯し，悔い改めの祈りによって救われるという記事をかりて，悔い改めの祈りと神の賛美が描かれる。
