These are Cabinet Orders among the orders issued based on the Potsdam Emergency Ordinance (Imperial Ordinances, Cabinet Orders, and Ministerial Ordinances under the Meiji Constitution, and Cabinet Orders, Prefectural Orders, and Ministerial Ordinances under the current Constitution). Imperial Ordinances were converted to Cabinet Orders when the current Constitution came into effect. These include the National Police Reserve Force Ordinance, the Public Officials Expulsion Ordinance, the Price Control Ordinance (all Imperial Ordinances), the Organization Regulation Ordinance, and the Ordinance for Punishment of Acts Obstructing the Purpose of Occupation (all Cabinet Orders). Most were abolished after the San Francisco Peace Treaty came into effect, but some, such as the Immigration Control Ordinance and the Alien Registration Ordinance, remain as laws through legislation.

ポツダム緊急勅令に基づいて発せられた命令（明治憲法下の勅令・閣令・省令，現行憲法下の政令・府令・省令）のうちの政令。勅令は現行憲法施行と同時に政令と読み替えられた。警察予備隊令，公職追放令，物価統制令（以上勅令），団体等規正令，占領目的阻害行為処罰令（以上政令）など。サンフランシスコ講和条約発効後ほとんど廃止されたが，出入国管理令，外国人登録令のように法律によって，法律として残されたものもある。
