A secret revolutionary organization founded by Ho Chi Minh in Guangzhou (Canton) in China in June 1925, with the primary strategic goal of achieving a national liberation revolution in Vietnam. It is said that the activities of the Society formed the political, ideological and organizational foundations of the Communist Party of Vietnam, which was founded in 1930. The Society was divided into five levels: headquarters, district, provincial, county and branch, and was organized according to the principle of democratic centralism. The headquarters published a weekly propaganda newspaper, Thanh Nien (Youth), (88 issues published between June 1925 and April 1927), and opened a political training school in Guangzhou to train cadres.

ベトナムにおける民族解放革命の達成を第一の戦略目標に掲げ，ホー･チ･ミンが1925年6月に中国の広州(広東)で創立した革命的秘密組織。この同志会の活動を通して，30年に創立されるベトナム共産党の政治･思想･組織面の基盤が形成されたといわれる。同志会は上から本部，圻部，省部，県部，支部の五つのレベルに分かれ，これらが民主集中の原則によって組織されていた。本部は宣伝機関紙《タンニエン(青年)》を週刊で発行(1925年6月～27年4月の間に88号まで)する一方，広州で政治訓練学校を開校し，幹部の養成に努めた。
