Long-term average values of meteorological elements (temperature, air pressure, precipitation, etc.). Also called climate values. The World Meteorological Organization (WMO) uses the average values for the last 30 years and updates them every 10 years. From 2001 to 2010, the average values from 1971 to 2000 are used, and from 2011 to 2020, the average values from 1981 to 2010 are used.
