Japanese: 太玉命 - ふとだまのみこと
Futodama no Mikoto
A god who appears in the Kojiki and Nihon Shoki.
The ancestor of the Imbe clan. He prayed with Ame-no-Koyane-no-Mikoto to invite Amaterasu Omikami out of the cave of heaven. He is said to have followed Ame-no-Koyane-no-Mikoto as one of the five gods when the heavenly grandson descended to earth. He is also called Ame-no-Tatamikoto. In the Kojiki, he is called Futotama-no-Mikoto.

記・紀にみえる神。
忌部(いんべ)氏の祖先神。天照大神(あまてらすおおみかみ)を天の岩戸からさそいだすため,天児屋命(あめのこやねのみこと)と祈祷(きとう)をおこなった。天孫降臨の際,五部神(いつとものおのかみ)の一神としてしたがったという。天太玉命ともいう。「古事記」では布刀玉命。
