Located in Watarai County, Ise Province, the Ise Grand Shrine's mikuriya was established in the area of Futami-go, which is mentioned in the Wamyō Ruijushō. It is identified with the coastal area of Futami-machi, Watarai County, Mie Prefecture (present-day Ise City). It was probably established around the Mishioden, a salt-producing facility that had existed in Futami-go since ancient times. It does not appear in the Ise Grand Shrine's Jinryō Jumon (Jinrō Jō) of 1192, but the name of Futami-mikuriya appears as Ninomiya-ryō in the Shinpōshō (Shinpōshō) from the Nanboku-chō period. The name of the Futami-mikuriya Sokengyo also appears in the 1201 Daijingu Jinjō Kai (Jinin), and the Sokengyo, Kengyo, and Mishiosho Jinnin were involved in salt production and fishing. All documents related to Futami-mikuriya from then until 1444 relate to lawsuits over land for sale within the mikuriya, fishing privileges held by the Jinnin, and preventing villains from entering the area. Within the Mikuriya area is Mishiodono Shrine, the guardian deity of Mishiodono.

伊勢国度会(わたらい)郡にあり，《和名類聚抄》記載の二見郷の地に成立した伊勢神宮の御厨。三重県度会郡二見町（現・伊勢市）の海岸部に比定される。二見郷に古来からある塩を調製する神宮御塩殿(みしおでん)を中心に成立したのであろう。1192年の〈伊勢大神宮神領注文〉にはみえず，南北朝期の《神鳳鈔》に二宮領として二見御厨の名がみえる。また1201年の大神宮司解には二見御厨惣検校(そうけんぎょう)の名がみえており，惣検校・検校・御塩所司神人(じにん)などが製塩・漁業に携わった。以降1444年に至る二見御厨に関わる文書のすべてが御厨内の売却地，神人の持つ漁業特権，悪党の押妨などをめぐる訴訟に関わる。御厨比定地域内には，御塩殿の鎮守神である御塩殿神社がある。
