America's largest tobacco manufacturer. Owns brands such as Marlboro, Parliament, and Virginia Slims. Headquartered in New York. The company was founded in 1848 as a tobacco shop opened in London by Philip Morris. Founded in Virginia in 1919 as Philip Morris and Co.
