The diary of Mibu Harutomi from 1446-1497 (Bun'an 3-Mei'o 6) during the Muromachi period. Also known as Otsuki Harutomi-ki and Harutomi (Kyo)-ki. The Otsuki clan was known as a government official family, and in the early Kamakura period split into the Mibu and Omiya families, but Harutomi held the position of government official from 1468-1472 (Onin 2-Bunmei 4) and was head of the Otsuki clan. The surviving portion only covers 13 years, mainly Bunmei 10-12 and Mei'o 1-6, but it is valuable for understanding the politics of the shogunate after the Onin War and the relationship between Ashikaga Yoshitane and Yoshizumi. Tosho-ryo Sokan Harutomi no Sukune-ki (compiled by the Imperial Household Agency Archives and Mausolea Department). Source: Heibonsha World Encyclopedia, 2nd Edition Information |
