Japanese: 芳賀禅可 - はがぜんか

?-1372 A military commander during the Nanboku-cho period.
Lord of Tobiyama Castle in Shimotsuke (Tochigi Prefecture). Senior vassal of Utsunomiya Ujitsuna. During the Kanno Disturbance, he sided with Ashikaga Takauji along with Ujitsuna. After the rebellion, his son Takaie and adopted son Takasada served as deputy shugo for Ujitsuna, who became the shugo of Kozuke and Echigo. An image of him remains at his family temple, Kaicho-ji Temple (Mooka City, Tochigi Prefecture). He died in the 5th year of Oan (1270), or the first year of Bunchu. One theory states that he was 82 years old. His given name was Takana. His pen name was Shorin-in-dono.

下野(しもつけ)(栃木県)飛山城主。宇都宮氏綱の重臣。観応(かんのう)の擾乱(じょうらん)では氏綱とともに足利尊氏方につく。乱後,子の高家,養子の高貞(たかさだ)は上野(こうずけ)・越後(えちご)守護になった氏綱の守護代をつとめた。菩提寺の海潮寺(栃木県真岡(もおか)市)に画像がのこされている。応安5=文中元年死去。一説に82歳。名は高名(たかな)。号は松林院殿。
