A general term for health problems caused by greenhouse agriculture. Greenhouse agriculture is an agricultural production system that applies greenhouse cultivation in horticulture. Since agricultural work is carried out in a low greenhouse made of iron pipe frames and vinyl sheets, health problems are likely to occur. In other words, (1) the temperature conditions in the greenhouse are artificially adjusted to extend the productive period of the year, but in reality, this lengthens the busy farming season and increases the workload. In addition, the greenhouse is hot from late spring to summer, and the temperature difference between the inside and outside is large in winter, which causes fatigue and circulatory disorders. (2) Pests are more likely to appear in the greenhouse, so the use of pesticides increases, increasing the risk of inhaling or coming into contact with pesticides. (3) The greenhouse is narrow, with a narrow ridge width, which causes rashes due to skin rubbing against vines and leaves, lower back pain due to unnatural posture, and fatigue and pain in the shoulders, arms, thighs, and calves.

ハウス農業従事による健康障害を総称したもの。ハウス農業は，園芸における温室栽培を農業生産に活用したもので，農作業が鉄パイプの枠にビニルシートをはりめぐらした背の低いハウスの中で行われるために，健康上の問題が起こりやすい。すなわち，(1)ハウス内では温度条件を人工的に調節して年間の生産可能期間を長くする結果，現実には，農繁期を長引かせて労働負担が大きくなり，またハウス内が晩春から夏にかけては高温となり，冬は内外の温度差が大きいなどのために，疲労や循環障害の起こること，(2)害虫が付きやすくなるため農薬の使用が多くなるので，農薬の吸入，接触の危険が多くなること，(3)ハウス内が狭く，あぜ幅も狭いので，つるや葉による皮膚ずれのためのかぶれ，無理な姿勢のための腰痛をはじめ，肩，腕，大腿，ふくらはぎの疲労，痛みが多くなること，などの問題が指摘されている。
