Henry [V] - Henry
The last German king of the Salier dynasty (reigned 1098-1125) and Holy Roman Emperor (reigned 1111-1125). Son of Henry IV. In 1104 he rebelled against his father with other princes and seized the throne in 1105. He was briefly victorious in the Investiture Controversy, but the defection of the country's bishops and a counterattack from the Papacy led to an end to the Concordat of Worms in 1122.

ザリエル朝最後のドイツ国王（在位1098年―1125年），神聖ローマ皇帝（在位1111年―1125年）。ハインリヒ４世の子。1104年諸侯とともに父王に対し反乱，1105年その王位を奪った。叙任権闘争では一時勝利を得たが，国内諸司教の離反と教皇庁の反撃により1122年ウォルムス協約で終止符を打った。
