A dictionary of seasonal words. Two volumes and two books. Edited and written by Takizawa Bakin. Preface from 1801. Published in 1803. Over 2,600 seasonal words are divided into the four seasons, and then collected and explained in monthly order. At the end of the book, the etiquette and rules of haiku are explained. This was expanded and revised by Aitei Seiran, and published in 1851 under the title "Haiku Saijiki Shiorigusa," which became a big hit.
