Agricultural statistics

Japanese: 農業統計 - のうぎょうとうけい

A general term for statistics related to agriculture. Includes the Agricultural Census and its supplementary agricultural surveys, as well as the Agricultural Production Estimate Survey, Farm Household Economic Survey, Agricultural Production Cost Survey, and Rural Price and Wage Survey. In a broader sense, it also includes fisheries statistics such as the Fisheries Census and forestry statistics. All are managed by the Statistics and Information Department of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries.
