Participated in the founding of the Heiminsha and Japan Socialist Party, during which time he was imprisoned several times. Later he converted and became a spiritual ascetic. Died on October 22, 1940. Age 65. Born in Hyogo Prefecture. Graduated from Tokyo Senmon Gakko (now Waseda University). Pen name was Shirokuma. Written works include "Kokorokaigo" (Shinkaigo).
