A military commander during the Nanboku-cho period. Son of Yoshikatsu. Called Jirosaburo. He served as Suo no Kami, Iga no Kami, Sakyo Daibu, and Hyobu Taifu. In 1335 (Kenmu 2), together with Ashikaga Takauji, he raised troops against Emperor Godaigo in Kamakura. When Takauji headed west in the following year (Engen 1, Kenmu 3), he was ordered to base himself in Kozanji Castle in Tanba Province and pacify Tanba Province. After that, when Takauji went to Kyoto, he gathered troops from Tanba and Tajima and defeated Nitta Yoshisada in Kyoto. In 1350 (Shohei 5, Kan'o 1), he became Samurai Dokoro Tounin, and the following year he became a steward. During the Kanno Disturbance (1349-1352), he sided with Takauji and attacked Ashikaga Tadayoshi. He died on October 13, 1359 (Shohei 14, Enbun 4). 南北朝時代の武将。義勝(よしかつ)の子。二郎三郎と称す。周防守(すおうのかみ)、伊賀守、左京大夫(さきょうだいぶ)、兵部大輔(ひょうぶたいふ)を歴任。1335年(建武2)足利尊氏(あしかがたかうじ)とともに鎌倉に反後醍醐(ごだいご)天皇の兵をあげる。翌36年(延元1・建武3)の尊氏西下の際、命によって丹波(たんば)国高山寺(こうざんじ)城に拠(よ)り、丹波国の鎮定を行う。その後尊氏の上京に応じて丹波、但馬(たじま)の兵をまとめて京都に新田義貞(にったよしさだ)を破る。50年(正平5・観応1)には侍所頭人(さむらいどころとうにん)となり、翌年執事となる。観応(かんのう)の擾乱(じょうらん)(1349~52)においては尊氏方に従い、足利直義(ただよし)を攻めた。59年(正平14・延文4)10月13日没。 [小林一岳] 『佐藤和彦著『南北朝内乱』(『日本の歴史11』1974・小学館)』 出典 小学館 日本大百科全書(ニッポニカ)日本大百科全書(ニッポニカ)について 情報 | 凡例 |
