This is the diary of Konoe Iezane (1179-1242). While "Chisokuin Kanpakuki" is called "Goreki," this is also called "Zoku Goreki" or "Zokureki." The Kyoto Yomei Bunko has 23 volumes of the handwritten version and 16 volumes of old manuscripts. It begins in 1197 (Kenkyu 8) when Iezane is 19 years old and ends in 1211 (Kenryaku 1) when he is 33 years old. It also includes a separate diary for 1217 (Kenpo 5). There are also fragments from 1228 (Ansada 2) and 1235 (Kasada 1), which shows that this diary originally covered Iezane's later years. It is a valuable diary of an aristocrat from the early Kamakura period. It is included in the "Dai Nihon Kokiroku."
