An old town in Onsen County, northwest of Ehime Prefecture. It occupies the Kutsuna Islands, which are made up of the islands of Muzuki, Nogutsuna, Nuwa, Tsuwaji, Futagami, and Yuri, with Nakajima at the center. The main settlement is Oura on Nakajima, and ships can reach the area from Takahama Port in Matsuyama City. Citrus cultivation is thriving. It belongs to the Setonaikai National Park.
