Japanese: 豊浜[町] - とよはま

This former town in Toyota County consists of southern Hiroshima Prefecture, Teshima, the western part of Osaki Shimojima, the western part of Mikado Island, Itsuki Island, and Okubi Island. The main settlement is Onoura on the east coast of Teshima. The main industries are mandarin orange cultivation on the slopes and fishing for sea bream and other fish. Line fishing for red sea bream is popular. Boat services are available from Nigata Port in Kure City. The surrounding area is a sea area where migratory groups of loons migrate (a natural monument). In March 2005, it was incorporated into Kure City along with Ondo Town, Kurahashi Town, Kamagari Town in Aki County, and Yasuura Town and Toyo Town in Toyota County. Area: 11.64 ^km2 . Population: 2,178 (2003).

The Yosan Line and Takamatsu Expressway pass through the town, and industries such as cotton, spinning, noodle making, and brewing are carried out here. Fruit cultivation is thriving in the foothills, and rice and vegetables are also produced. The coast is a swimming beach. In October 2005, it was incorporated into Onohara Town, Mitoyo County, and Kan'onji City. 16.67 ^km2 . 9,064 people (2003).
