A compilation of the Taoist discourses of Nakazawa Doji, a Shingon scholar from the mid-Edo period. Six volumes and 15 volumes. Edited by Hachimiyasai. The first volume was published in 1795 (Kansei 7), and the sequels by 1824 (Bunsei 7). Even after the Meiji period, it has often been printed in print. Doji preaches the Tao, but it is the way of adapting and the way of harmony between heaven and earth. He has been criticized for being a government-sponsored scholar because he includes the shogunate's public notices as subjects for his Taoist discourses, but he saw the Tao as being shown there, just as he would quote the Analects or Mencius.
