A material used for resistors. When a certain voltage E is applied to a material, a certain current I flows, and the resistance of the current to flow can be expressed as E / I. This value is called electrical resistance. An element that exhibits a certain level of electrical resistance is called a resistor, and it plays an unsung hero role supporting electronics, the star of modern times. Various alloys or carbon are used as resistor materials. In metals, it is the conduction electrons that move freely from atom to atom that carry the current.
