The name of a new theater magazine. It was first published in May 1934 as a theory and enlightenment magazine for the progressive new theater movement, and ceased publication with volume 7, issue 7 in July 1940. It was republished in October 1946 under editorship from Hijikata Yoshi and Murayama Tomoyoshi. It contributed to the democratic development of theater for workers, but later became a general theater magazine, and continues to be published to this day. Monthly. Published by Teatro-sha.
