A town in Haga County in southeastern Tochigi Prefecture. Located in the southern part of the Kitsuregawa Hills, it produces rice, pears, tomatoes, etc. Its center is Ichihana, and the Moka Railway runs through it. Industrial production is also growing, centered around an industrial complex. The town suffered damage in the Great East Japan Earthquake. 64.25 km2 . 12,094 people (2010).
