A celestial angle is a measure of the relative position of two points on the celestial sphere. It is the angle between the first point and the second point on the celestial sphere, and is made by a great circle drawn from the first point to the North Celestial Pole and a great circle connecting the first and second points. The angle is measured in the direction of the clock, with the North Pole as the zero degree.
