Born October 4, 1884. Father of Tsuji Makoto. He studied at the National English Association and the Jiyu Eigakusha, and became an English teacher at Ueno Girls' High School, but left the school in 1912 after falling in love with his student Ito Noe. He later met Takahashi Shinkichi and became interested in Dadaism, and while living a nomadic life, he continued to translate and write critical essays on civilization. He passed away on November 24, 1944. He was 61 years old. He was born in Tokyo. His translations include Stirner's "The Einzige and Its Possession," and his collections of essays include "Romantic Language" and "Despera."
