In English it is called the Presbyterian Church. It is a Protestant sect that follows Calvinism, and is also called the Presbyterian Church. It is so named because the church is run by elders. It appeared in England in the 16th century, but is now influential in America. Princeton University was founded by this sect, and many prominent people in politics and academia have graduated from it.
