An archipelago dotted in the Yellow Sea, east of the Liaodong Peninsula in northeastern China. Also known as the Changshan Islands. Divided into two archipelago groups, the Outer Changshan Islands and the Outer Changshan Islands, with seven islands, including Shoshi and Kaiyo, and the Ura Changshan Islands, with 12 islands, including Onagayama and Kochoyama. After the Russo-Japanese War, it was a Japanese leased territory, but now it is part of the city of Dalian.
