Chunan [town] - Chunan
A former town in Nakatado District, southern Kagawa Prefecture. Most of the area is hilly and mountainous, with lowlands in the Saita River basin. In addition to rice, wheat, and tobacco, which are irrigated by reservoirs, the town produces mandarin oranges and bamboo shoots. The Dosan Line runs through the town. In March 2006, it merged with Kotonan Town and Manno Town in Nakatado District to become Manno Town in Nakatado District. 58.14 km2 . 4,798 people (2003).

香川県南部,仲多度郡の旧町。大部分が丘陵性山地で,財田(さいた)川流域に低地がある。溜池灌漑(ためいけかんがい)による米,麦,タバコのほか,ミカン,タケノコを産する。土讃線が通じる。2006年3月,仲多度郡琴南町,満濃町と合併し町制,仲多度郡まんのう町となる。58.14km2。4798人(2003)。
