Dakko-chan
A character from Takara Tomy Co., Ltd., first appearing in 1960. It is an inflatable black vinyl doll, and wearing it on the wrist became a huge fashion trend. Its official name is "WINKY." In 2010, to commemorate the 50th anniversary of its release, the "VINKYS" series was launched with a new design and character.
