Maruha - Ganpa

...He was a disciple of Touensai Akutagawa Sadasa of Hiroshima. He was the founder of the so-called Ganpo school, and during the Tenmei era (1781-89) had 1,500 disciples. After the death of Nagata Teiryu, he divided the Osaka kyoka world into two schools, the Kuri school led by Ritsukatei Bokutan. He edited and wrote works such as Kyoka Gyokuunshu, Kyoka Taiheiraku, Kyoka Senshuraku, and Kyoka Sanbushu.
