Weapons that can locate and hit their targets, such as missiles and smart bombs. There are missiles equipped with radar that can identify and hit their targets, missiles that detect and move towards the target by sensing the infrared light emitted by the target, bombs that fall on the target when a laser is shone on it, and missiles that use the Global Positioning System (GPS) to fly to a pre-determined target.
