Vernalization - vernalization

Vernalization - vernalization
It is believed that for annual plants to germinate, grow, flower, and bear fruit normally, they need internal changes due to climatic changes. For this reason, artificially providing the necessary conditions, especially cold and humidity changes, to promote the development of the plant is called vernalization. It was developed in 1829 by TP Lysenko of the Soviet Union. The name comes from the fact that this treatment allows autumn-sown wheat to be sown in spring.
