Sanity Song
[1] An ancient five-character poem written by Wen Tianxiang, a loyal retainer of the late Song Dynasty in China, when he was defeated in a battle at Wupoling by the Yuan Dynasty army and taken prisoner in Dadu (Beijing). [2] A five-character poem written by Toko Fujita in the late Edo period to inspire the morale of the pro-imperial, anti-foreign faction. Other poems of the same name were written by Yoshida Shoin, Hirose Takeo, and others. Wabun Tensho Seikika.

[一] 中国、宋末の忠臣文天祥が、元の軍隊と五坡嶺に戦って敗れ、とらわれの身となった折、元の大都(北京)の獄中でつくった五言の古詩。[二] 江戸末期に藤田東湖が尊皇攘夷派の士気を鼓舞するためにつくった五言の詩。ほかに、吉田松陰、広瀬武夫らによる同名の詩がある。和文天祥正気歌。
