Suttsu [town] - Suttsu
A town in Suttsu County, Hokkaido. It is located on the western coast at the base of the Oshima Peninsula, and its main settlements are Suttsu, Utasutsu, and Isoya. Suttsu, a good port facing Suttsu Bay, prospered in the Meiji period through herring fishing. It also produces sea urchin seedlings, breeds salmon and trout, and produces asparagus and potatoes. It is home to the scenic Benkei Cape. 95.24 km2 . 3,443 people (2010).

北海道寿都郡の町。渡島(おしま)半島の基部西岸にあり，主集落は寿都，歌棄(うたすつ)，磯谷(いそや)。寿都湾に臨む良港の寿都は明治期にニシン漁で栄えた。ウニ種苗生産，サケ・マス増殖などを行い，アスパラ，ジャガイモを産する。景勝地の弁慶岬がある。95.24km2。3443人（2010）。
