A town in Suttsu County, Hokkaido. It is located on the western coast at the base of the Oshima Peninsula, and its main settlements are Suttsu, Utasutsu, and Isoya. Suttsu, a good port facing Suttsu Bay, prospered in the Meiji period through herring fishing. It also produces sea urchin seedlings, breeds salmon and trout, and produces asparagus and potatoes. 北海道寿都郡の町。渡島(おしま)半島の基部西岸にあり,主集落は寿都,歌棄(うたすつ),磯谷(いそや)。寿都湾に臨む良港の寿都は明治期にニシン漁で栄えた。ウニ種苗生産,サケ・マス増殖などを行い,アスパラ,ジャガイモを産する。景勝地の弁慶岬がある。95.24km2。3443人(2010)。
