Since the 1960s, emphasis has been placed on community building and life schools, and other forms of movement led by local residents. (2) A social movement started by Chiang Kai-shek in China in 1934, with the goal of disciplined, organized, and militarized national life, and establishing a system of total mobilization throughout the country. The Kuomintang army and Kuomintang organizations formed the core of the movement, and it had strong aspects of a fascist movement aimed at preventing the infiltration of the Chinese Communist Party.
