The name of the section in the official history of China that records the finances of each dynasty. The name "Shihoh" comes from the "Book of Documents" Hong Fan Eight Principles, which says "First, food, second, money." This name was first used in the "Book of Han," and in the "Records of the Grand Historian," it is the "Book of Pingjun" and "Biographies of Money-making." 中国の歴代正史中，各王朝の財政を記録した編目の名。食貨志の名称は『書経』洪範八政に「一にいわく食，二にいわく貨」とあるによる。この名称が用いられたのは『漢書』からで，『史記』では「平準書」「貨殖列伝」がこれにあたる。
