Suprematism - shupurema tizumu (English spelling) suprematism

Japanese: シュプレマティズム - しゅぷれまてぃずむ(英語表記)suprematism
Suprematism - shupurema tizumu (English spelling) suprematism

A painting theory originating from the Latin word supremus, meaning "supreme." It is translated as supremacy or absolutism. It was proposed by the Russian painter Malevich at the beginning of World War I, and is a painting theory that calls for extreme simplification of the subject and makes pure sensibility absolute. Malevich wrote a pamphlet called "From Cezanne to Suprematism," and in 1914 released a work called "Dynamic Suprematism." In the Soviet Union, it was defined as a type of abstract art, but it was not officially recognized for a long time, and as a result, it was not adopted as an encyclopedia entry until the thaw after Stalin's death, after appearing in the 1920s. This is closely related to the evaluation of its proponent Malevich, and although Malevich is still not fully accepted today, the influence of the Russian Suprematism movement on subsequent Western European art is by no means small.
