Also called dibenzanthracene. A general term for five-ring aromatic hydrocarbons in which two benzene rings are condensed to anthracene. There are many isomers that differ in the position of condensation. The name of each isomer is expressed by adding a number to indicate which carbon of the anthracene nucleus the benzene ring is condensed to. For example, 1,2,5,6-dibenzanthracene (colorless crystals, melting point 266°C, boiling point 524°C), 1,2,3,4-dibenzanthracene (colorless crystals, melting point 207°C, boiling point 518°C), etc. Source: Heibonsha World Encyclopedia, 2nd Edition Information |
ジベンズアントラセンともいう。アントラセンにベンゼン環が2個縮合した形の5環式芳香族炭化水素の総称。縮合の位置の違いによる多くの異性体がある。各異性体の名称は,母核であるアントラセンのどの炭素にベンゼン環が縮合しているかの番号を付して表す。例えば,1,2,5,6‐ジベンゾアントラセン(無色の結晶,融点266℃,沸点524℃),1,2,3,4‐ジベンゾアントラセン(無色の結晶,融点207℃,沸点518℃)など。
